Trust your fellow humans
whenever possible.
Let you be your true self
as far as is safe.
Take time for silence
get comfortable with it.
Take time to walk outdoors
with or without music.
If you can,
try living without a car of your own.
Lyfts, buses, feet, bicycles,
Greyhounds and rentals
for out of town.
You may find yourself
surprisingly happy.
If you want happiness
you must remind yourself
that you are valuable.
God gave you feet for a reason,
and cars are damned expensive!
