Fast, Fast as you can
Fast, dash for the exits
The plot you may have lost
But the plot, she hunts you down
Run, Run from the fates
Run, Run from the harpies
They hunt you hunt you hunt you
Conspiring to steal away your Now
Flee, Flee from the life plans
Flee, Flee from the payments owed
Flee to the city of Vacancy
Flee to the oasis of excessive free time
Take nothing more than you can carry
Take only a loosened heart and a hair-trigger mind
The spirit follows and supports you
The gnomes & brownies & pixies supply roadside confusions and entertainments
The Star and The Tower light your way
The distance is slim, but the time is dilated, expanded, distorted, and gift wrapped
When you get there you will know
The destination was always just a pit stop after all
Godspeed strange traveler
Say unto everyone “Get out of my fucking way!!”
