The many things I could say instead of “I hate my stupid life”

If you wouldn’t say it to your best friend, dont say it to yourself
Therapist’s advice
But automatic thoughts arise, like:
“I hate my stupid life”
So what can we say instead?
Like:
“I get better and better with every day of sobriety”
Like:
“I am a strong, confident adult”
Like:
“I have acquired wisdom in my long life”
Like:
“I have made many mistakes, but they dont define me”
Like:
“Today is a bright new day”
Like:
“I am capable of asking for help”
Like:
“I can and will change for the better”
Like:
“I am OK just as I am”
Like:
“I am a warm and giving person worth knowing”
(Whatever my bank account contains)
Like:
“I decide what future to dream of”
And like:
“I can achieve the tasks I set myself”
Each and every day
I come more into balance with my potential
Each and every day
I finish the night and rest my head, peaceful and satisfied
Each and every morning
I arise and begin again, knowing I am capable and determined
Each and every night
I look back and say, “it is good”
Each new day
I plant seeds of abundance and clarity
Each new day
I progress further
Each new day, I begin again
